• Cancellation policy:

• All Cancellations within 7 days from the outing will be billed at 100%
• Cancellations 8-30 days before the outing will be billed at 50%.
• Cancellations 30 days or more ahead of an outing will be fully refunded.
• Maintenance or weather-related cancellations will be fully refunded.

Advanced payment will be credited up to seven days from your original date. Modifications must maintain the same number of consecutive nights as original reservation. Advanced payment will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation, no-show, or stays seven days after your initial booking dates. Promotion applies with a 21-day minimum advanced booking, 90-day maximum.
